Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Oregon City, OR

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"As a Realtor, having reliable contractors I can confidently recommend to my clients is incredibly important, and Eric with Tight Lines Plumbing is always my first call. He recently installed a new water heater at my home in Wilsonville, and the experience only reinforced why I trust him so much. Eric is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and does exceptional work. He takes the time to explain everything, offers fair pricing, and truly cares about his customers. My clients have always had great experiences with him, and I never hesitate to send his name their way. "Mountain View plumbing came out to look at my water heater that was leaking, they found that the water flexes were both bad and the water heater nipples were rusted and leaking as well. They gave me a estimate for a brand new 50 gallon gas water heater with all needed accessories and a thermal expansion tank for half of the price of the other three plumbing companies that quoted me for the same product and work. The customer service this company provided makes me feel safe and comfortable calling a professional for any plumbing needs in the future."
