"I called Heidi to schedule Ken to come out and give me a quote for the patio for pavers and I liked his vision and he had the crew out start to finish it took two days. I've given him my friends names and he took great care of them too."

"We have had Ben do various jobs for us in the past and his work ethic and his professionalism impressed us then and continues to do so now. He is responsive to inquiries (although you may have to wait a bit since he is quite busy), he shows up on time, he knows what he is doing, he listens to what you want done and does it accordingly. We will continue to use his services in the future since he does such an outstanding job."

"Lee was very responsive and scheduled the the new patio/walkway project the next week. He noticed some drainage issues and made good suggestions to fix those problems. The demolition revealed an old cement walkway under the brick walkway - no matter, they hauled it all away. Finished in 2.5 days. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quality of the wood for the fence they installed was not that great, and it took a while to take away the extra pavers. I highly recommend."

"We have two big, young, active dogs who destroyed the backyard our first winter at the residence following the first rain. There was no drainage, and the backyard was transformed into a big mud hole. <br /> Our goal was to eliminate the dirt and mud, but also have an aesthetic backyard we could enjoy. <br /> Tim convinced us in our first consult that we could in fact have a nice backyard with dogs.  His team put in proper drainage with a beautiful stamped concrete patio. They landscaped the surrounding patio with various trees, shrubs and plants with mounded gold rock as the ground cover.  The team also constructed a nice shadow box fence and gate separating our garden area. In the garden, they built  two garden boxes and planted various fruit trees and covered the ground with  bark.  The entire backyard is on a timed drip irrigation system.  The entire project was done in one week while we were on vacation, so we returned to a transformed wonderful backyard.  <br /> However, it was not without its challenges thanks to our canines' youthful exuberance.  I found myself sweeping rocks off the patio twice a day.  Tim recommended we add bigger rock to the small rock.   He personally came out and spread the rock himself free of charge. This helped immensely.   Then about a month later, Tim came over on a Saturday and built a grape arbor in our garden area, again free of charge. <br /> Tim and his team were professional, reliable and they back their work. He truly cares about satisfying his customers.  We would not hesitate referring him or his team for any landscaping needs. <br /> Matt and Regina"

"From the title of the company, I wasn't sure if they would do a small caulking job. I called a week ahead and Mike came on the morning I suggested at a convenient time for me, 10 a.m. A few minutes before 10 he called to say he'd be 20-30 minutes late. I thought, oh no, don't tell me this is one of those late arrivals. But in 20 minutes he arrived. He surveyed the area and told me what had to be done. Then he got right to work. He was finished in about an hour and a half. He cleaned up everything. He was very polite and friendly. He said he had cleaned and sealed grout in kitchens in similar floor plans in Sun City Roseville, where I live. I asked how much, as my tiles needed that service too. Mike said 350, which seemed reasonable to me. I said I would contact him this summer. His office is only a few miles from my house."

"We moved to Granite Bay in June 2012 and contacted Kurt White of Prefessional Image at the recommendation of our pool contractor. They had recently completed a project together and the pool builder was impressed with Kurt. After meeting with Kurt, I was as well. We were doing a complete remodel of our large backyard and wanted an outdoor shade structure, a full kitchen, bar and fireplace in addition to all new plants and concrete. Kurt took over the design of the pool and made a few changes and then created an amazing outdoor space with all the elements we requested. This was a large scale project and the crew started sometime in late July and completed it in late August. Kurt did a 3-D rendering on his computer of what our project would look like when it was finished and it was amazing to see it beforehand. We didn't have to change a thing. He really nailed it. Kurt had listened to our needs and wants and had designed us an absolutely amazing space! Kurt was either on-site every day or visited the site at the end of the day. His crew was great, left the work area as clean as possible daily and knew what they were doing. Kurt worked seamlessly with the pool builder and there no issues. Because we were new to the area, we didn't know which plants/trees would do well in this climate so we let Kurt pretty much pick and choose what to plant. He gave great advice as to how many lights to install and as a result our yard is just as gorgeous as night as it is during the day. Communication with him was great and we were always informed as to what would be going on that day. He also gave us timely reminders such as when to go pick out stone or tile or puchase appliances so there were no delays because he forgot to tell us to order something. The scope of our project increased slightly as time went on because we made the decision to let Kurt handle building a retaining wall and a moss rock wall to hide the pool equipment. I have been a homeowner for 30 years and have done many different projects to those homes. I have never been as happy with the results and the contractor as I am with this project (pool builder was excellent too). I gave a B grade for price only because I did not get another estimate so I can't compare. I typically get several estimates but once I met Kurt and saw his vision for our space, I decided I wanted him for this job. I have never regretted it and would recommend Kurt White and Professional Image Landscaping without hesitation. He created paradise for us in our own backyard! <br />"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Oregon House, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
