"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"DiMaria Masonry did an excellent job patching and re-stucco'ing both my chimneys, along with pouring new concrete caps for both. Phil recommended adding the caps to help shed water away from the chimneys and I'm so glad I went with his recommendation as it looks so much better with the caps. Phil also spotted a defect in one of the chimney's section of clay lining and recommended replacing that section for a small additional charge, which I agreed to. He noted it would be more difficult/expensive to repair later. I appreciated him spending the extra time to take a quick look for any additional problems with the chimneys that needed to be addressed. The job, once started, was finished in a timely manner. "First they arrived at the time they promised me.  They removed the brick wall which was falling apart.  They put the stone wall in with a barrier between the dirt and the new bricks.  They filled the new bricks with stone. After they finished the wall they cut a long hole in the concrete on  my patio for my flower bed without touching the light pole I have.  They cleaned up all the debris when they were done.  The job was completed in one day.  I am extremely pleased with the way it looks and with the professional and courteous way they worked. <br />"

"It seems to be fine, I will tell you I did have to wait a long time for them to come out I understand part of it had to do with weather. but because I was calling him it would take him a long time to get through to me. Then he said he would call back by the beginning of April and he didn't so then I called him back a few days later and he said oh yeah we're not send out to your area as yet because they work for different areas I guess different time, so that was a little bit of an issue. The work seem to be very good but for example they moved things they never moved them back, things like that I think are sort of problematic. What I'll give him credit for is I know there are a lot of people who work in masonry and in pointing and thing that they won't take on small jobs so I do have to give him credit for that."
