"Built to Last Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had them remodel her kitchen. First I hired them to paint a steep stairway to the upstairs, along with the upstairs landing (built their own scaffolding) and install railings. Their work was very professional and I can't belief how good it looks! Next I had them completely remodeled the bathroom in coordination with a plumber and electrician. Tom and his wife Ann went shopping with me for bathroom fixtures but because the bathroom is so small nothing seemed like it was going to work out. Tom actually ended up building a linen cabinet, sink base and medicine cabinet with a lighted mirror to fit. The quality of the wood and workmanship is outstanding! I am also hiring them for other projects. They are always very thorough and kept me informed on all aspects of the projects. I recommended them to a friend who has had a hard time finding someone to update her deck. She will not be disappointed."

Since the upper level covered a portion of the lower deck he suggested he put in a ceiling type contraption that would trap the water and drain it out the side. The work crew was at the house every single day, including the weekend until the job was done. Seeing it go from nothing (once the old deck was removed) to what you see in the picture was pretty amazing. From our neighbors to friends and relatives do nothing but rave about the deck. It is an amazing place to entertain or just kick back with the wife and relax."
