"Office staff was courteous, and scheduled for next day. Workman was friendly. I thought it odd that he had to go back to his shop for something on such a simple job. I didn't get an estimate at the beginning--my bad--and the bill was exorbitant. When I called to ask for a breakdown between labor and parts, what I got instead was a different figure and an apology, saying she'd "entered the wrong job number," or something similar, suggesting that they just charge by the job category. I don't like this way of doing things. The fitting he put on my faucet is not anything like the standard fitting for an outdoor faucet, and it's mounted way off center. Sloppy job."

His quote was very competitive and his reviews were excellent, so we selected his company to prep and paint the exterior of our house and attached garage. During the prep, Brian found several necessary repairs, met with our contractor to point them out, and worked around the contractor's schedule and work crew. Due to his experience, he was able to tell us which repairs were critical to prevent further damage and which were cosmetic. I would still recommend Pearl Contractors for any roofing work that you may need. <br /> <br /> Spring 2015. <br /> Contacted Pearl to inform them that the flashing around my chimney is leaking. <br /> <br /> August 2015 <br /> After some discussion with Troy, the owner and Chris his assistant manager we have decided that the flashing around the chimney should have been replaced at the time of the original installation. because it was not, Pearl Contractor's has replaced the flashing as a warranty repair. Pearls states this chimney flashing is a $750 value. I am happy to have a roof that no longer leaks."
