The level of service on our first visit convinced us that this was the company for us. <br /> The work was done in 2 phases to lessen the disruption to our special needs child. They made sure to have his bedroom completed and ready for him before he came home from school. The quality of the workmanship cannot be beat. The quality of the materials used far exceed our expectations. Because we had this done on two different days, the clean up between each phase was outstanding. "Terrific! I looked far and wide for an environmentally-friendly carpet cleaner, as I have a husband with severe allergies and a baby on the way, and I don't want chemicals in the house. They clean very "old school" with brushes and natural soaps. They delivered on time, the carpets look and feel great, and best of all, there's no chemical smell. They pick-up too, though I just dropped them off myself. They also were cheaper than some of the "green dry cleaners" in the city, since they specialize in rugs only. I plan on using them again for some other larger rugs."
