"Dawn did a great job of using our furniture and art to change the look of our spaces from blah to beautiful. She captured our style and provided wall color advice, furniture placement  and art and knick knack arrangement. <br>She is hands-on, moving furniture, hanging pictures and arranging display shelves. She later emailed computer generated images of our great room with different rugs and artwork that she had sourced for us. <br>She was only in our home for about four hours and we still marvel at the difference she made using our existing furniture. <br>We like her style and will use her in the future and recommend her to family and friends."

"After living in our Uptown condo for 5 years, and being forced to stare at the same construction grade finishes in our bathrooms during this pandemic, my husband and I decided we needed an upgrade. We did extensive research and after several quotes from a variety of firms, Chi was the winner. Julie and Gene were dreams to work with. All we knew going into it was that we wanted a spa like but masculine bathroom, but the designs Julie created for us were beyond anything we had ever imagined. This was one of the main reasons we went with an all-in-one firm. While our design aesthetic is good, we really wanted something that made visitors know that a professional was involved. Julie and Gene listened to all of our requests, helped us trim costs where possible, and also helped us push ourselves out of our comfort zone. The results were better than we could ever have hoped. Not to mention the quality of the work, Marek's attention to detail was spectacular. Ever finish was perfectly placed down to the smallest tile and run of trim. "Joel understood how important it was to have the garage match the angles and design of our original 1927 Tudor. It was difficult because the City required us to redo the architectural drawings 3 times before they would give a permit. Joel was patient and responsive throughout this tedious 6 month process. Joel inspected the job during construction to ensure the correct design and to ensure we met code."

"Insites' Mike & Sarah were not only the first to respond to our request for an estimate, but called within a couple of hours and then promised to come over the next day. We thought that was great but, then, I remembered that the next day was Sunday and I told him that he must mean Monday. But, no, he actually came over Sunday morning to examine the work and gave us an estimate that evening! He also said that he could begin that Friday. What service! <br /> We were ready to hire him on the spot, however, we had already invited three firms to give an estimate and thought that we should allow them to do so. In the end Insites was also the lowest bid that we got. <br /> Mike always arrived when he said he would, kept us informed, and cleaned up at the end of each day. In addition, Mike took down our house numbers when painting the house and painted them to match the shutters and front door, a nice touch. <br /> All in all Mike was punctual, paid attention to detail, offered helpful suggestions to help us get the house ready for sale, and did good work. We plan on using Insites again later when we do some interior painting. <br />"

We were on a tight budget but needed some help -- I called Norma, set up some time to talk, and before you know it, she had provided us with tons of advice, floor plans, and some good questions to clarify what we were hoping to do. Our meetings in person were exceptional and she was constantly listening to us talk, not the other way around. Norma has a particularly clean style that can lean modern or traditional, depending on what you're seeking. Clean, bright, and uncluttered is what you'll find at Entwine interiors. A highlight is her thoughtfulness in space-saving designs in addition to what I have mentioned, above."

"Richard Becker responded immediately and set up an appointment at my home in Park Ridge a few days later. Although I'm fairly sure he knew it wouldn't turn into a sale (it was a small/med. size project and I told him I was on a very tight budget), he spent over an hour with me discussing the project, reviewing the existing space, suggesting design options and showing me samples of his work. He was extremely understanding about the budget constraints and even made suggestions about how he could streamline his services to reduce the cost. Although though he was probably the most experienced of the 3 architects I met with, his estimate was very competitive (about the same as one other and much lower than the third). I eventually decided to go with someone else who provided a complete package of services (architecture/planning/construction), but I was very impressed with Richard Becker's attitude and professionalism. If I had had the budget to hire a separate architect I definitely would have chosen his company."
