"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

He was thorough, informative and guided us in the right direction that was best for our needs. We ended up installing a new Carrier condenser and handler, which he was able to schedule the following morning. The product is amazing, quiet and was meticulously installed. "I got several different estimates for replacing my 1992 Carrier central heat an air conditioning Unit. Anywhere from from $20,000 down to $6000. I looked at ratings on Homeadvisor.com and Angieslist, and Shaan at Monarch had the best price and some of the most satisfied customers. The installer Adam and his partner were very professional and willing to answer questions as they were working. After the install Shaan came by and did a very thorough inspection prior to activating the unit for the first time. I am very happy with the Midrange Lennox Elite 16 SEER unit so far. Other other companies wanted to tear out the wall in the heater cabinet,so they could install larger units but Shaan was willing to work with the space I had available. It's very nice to work directly with the owner of the company and not a sales person. Thanks to Shaan and his installers for a great job"
