"From the moment we met Fred, the owner of Southern Charm, we felt very sure that his company was the right one for the job. Freds demeanor is calm and confident. After working with him, we realized he really cares about his customers. We hired them to tear out old floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout the entire house. (2000sq ft.) We all agreed it would be best if we moved out while the work was ongoing. We happily moved out with our 2 dogs and turned our house over to Fred and his crew. We had complete confidence that the job would go well and it did. 4 days later the job was done and we returned home to a beautiful new floor. Freds crew moved our furniture and handled the appliance moving. They also removed and reset the toilets to accommodate the flooring. Fred updated us with photos daily. They also installed new baseboard which really made the floor look elegant. It has been such a pleasure to work with Fred and his crew. We did stop by during the installation and his crew could not have been more respectful and courteous.
