He was efficient and even had to drill through concrete in the floor to secure the carpet and did a flawless job. He tackled a difficult job with the pocket door and replaced parts to get it sliding smoothly again. As for the toilet valve assembly, he installed a new one with a water saver feature and a new handle. He worked hard, but quickly, and charged a fair price, plus parts. Christopher is awesome. I doubt there is any job he can't do and I would hire him again...and did!"

I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."
