Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of. He also replaced all bedroom closet doors as well as a shower door on my walk in shower. The work was done in a professional manner and in the timeframe agreed upon. John fixed a leak in my roof for me that several people had tried to repair before, a drop ceiling was replaced, rotted windowsills replaced and painted, ceiling light fixture repaired, he built a door for my outside shower, John is so diverse- I live in an older home so he repaired things that previous workers hadn't done correctly-Would like him to eventually renovate my entire house- Finally found a hard worker, and he likes what he does- His helper did a great job as well."
