It was detailed, photos were taken, and measures were taken to temporarily resolve the issues until the roof was replaced. I was able to schedule an estimate for the next day. I met with Steve Borsa. He walked me through the process, worked with me to select the appropriate (high quality) shingles, and even called my HOA to ensure that we were selecting the appropriate color. "Max came on time and started hanging my 5 pictures on the walls. He then replaced the rotten lumber with treated lumber on my gate and replaced 2 hinges as well since they were so old that it was more feasible to replace them than to put them back on the new lumber. He also installed a new ceiling vent and painted the part of the ceiling where duct tape was holding up the old vent. The biggest job was taking apart the old compose box in my backyard that was rotted and had termites. He wasn't able to complete the job so he came back the week after to rebuilt the box with treated lumber. The new compose box looked great. Max was very professional and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. The results of his work was excellent and we are very pleased with him. "AGL RENOVATION SERVICES LLC were an excellent contractor they called me right back and schedule an appointment and came on time. They reinstalled a Shutter that blew off the house in the yard. The installation was very neat. Also I had some rusted rails on the Front Porch and the Basement Stairs rails and Basement wall rails. that was refinished and painted Black again. They did a great job restoring the rails. I was totally satisfied with the work. They cleaned everything up good . I would definitely call them again"

"The worker arrived on time a was courteous, but I was not impressed with the quality of service. I had been having problems with a light fixture, but when the worker tried it worked perfectly and I haven't had any problems since. I also asked him to check an outdoor outlet that had one plug that didn't work. He tested it and said both plugs had power. This is an outdoor outlet so I didn't use it again until spring, at which time I found the one plug still does not work. I asked him to check a second exterior outlet. The pool company had noted there was a problem with the outlet but hadn't specified what it was. The electrician checked the plug and said everything was fine, but when the pool was opened in the spring the pool company again noted a problem with the outlet, this time specifying that the GFI would not trip and needed to be replaced. It seems like this is something an electrician should have noticed."
