"I had a rodent problem in my attic after I had a new roof installed. I researched and interviewed 5 companies and received bids. Although Rowland was not the least expensive, what they said that they needed to do made the most sense in order to solve the problem and prevent reoccurence permanently. They came out to the house and actually went into the attic and saw that there were traces of infestation and took pictures to show me. They then sealed all of the possible openings except one with mesh and cement instead of thin metal and installed a one way door so that the animal could escape but not return. They also set a trap in the attic to insure that no animals were still living in the attic and came back a week later to remove an animal if necessary, seal the final opening, and spray disinfectant and deodorizer to combat any bacteria from feces. The office help have been great and keep you informed every step of the way. I am very satisfied with the company."

"So I had a family of Raccoons living in my attic. I called Cimex to come out and assess the situation. Jason showed up the follow afternoon as scheduled and was on time. He set up several traps and figured out they were getting in the attic. He posted eviction notices near their access points to my attic, he gave them a 24 hour notice. During this same trip he went into the attic to check for any damage they may have cause and he fogged the entire attic with a rodent deterrent/ sanitizer. The following day he was able to trap one of them and relocate it. If there were others up there they decided that Jason was a pro and did as he asked and vacated the premises. Jason made another trip out a few days later to look up in the attic to make sure they were gone, he used a scope camera to check the areas that he could not fit in. We are coon free, the entry points have been closed and sealed. If you have a rodent problem Jason at Cimex is the man to call."
