After seeking a second opinion from another company that deemed my system safe, I expressed my dissatisfaction to owner Andrew Dobbins. I requested a prorated refund for the three years left of my membership. A follow-up from Service Manager, Paul Matthews, indicated that my system was not as dirty as originally claimed, prompting me to question the integrity of the services provided. My request for a refund was declined, and a subsequent call with Mr. Dobbins escalated, as he accused me of attempting to extort money, rather than addressing my legitimate concerns about his technicians' practices"

There was a lot of debris left behind, but the front was cleaned up well. Seems to be holding up after a couple big storms hit just after roof was finished."
