Two employees arrived on time the next morning and they like the sales rep. called in advance of their arrival. They were very friendly and showed me what was broken (the rollers were bad, one was completely broken). They replaced the rollers, adjusted the rollers, and cleaned the track. "They will only do the cabinets, floors, that sort of thing. The plumbing was up to me. They were very quick to get someone out to sell it to me. They weren't so quick to get the work done. The work was worth the wait, it was just getting them here to do it. They are a really big company. If you have problems, and I had several, between calling them and getting something done could take months. It's partly just the way they run their company. They don't do the work. They just contract it out. They cleaned out very well. I think this guy was meticulous. He brought all his equipment here. He cut all the boards and did all the finishing work on site. They are perfect. They are gorgeous."
