He ended up basically tearing everything apart and rebuilding it all! He finished up yesterday and shortly after had a really decent storm come threw! No noise, no water came in, doors didn’t wiggle a hair! I am beyond pleased with his work, craftsmanship, the communication, the dedication and price! They have done several things for us including painting our new house inside before we moved in, Repaired a crack in the roof stucco.  Repaired and painted damaged wood posts on back patio. They uninstalled then reinstalled a  built in microwave oven so I could thoroughly clean it. They replaced a spray hose of kitchen faucet, hung new mirrors in bathroom, trimmed closet doors after carpet was installed and repaired a front porch light.   I can't remember all the things they have done right now.
We are still using them to do so many things and will continue to hire them.
