"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"Jason came to my home to give me a price for new A/C. Had 4 companies give me a quote. Told Jason was thinking about replacing because of R-22 gas . He stopped me and explained what you hear on gas after Jan 1st not right. Gas will be available, just price going up as become less available. Also other gases at less price will work. Honesty that got him my business. He recommended the Brand they normally used. Told him I Perfered Rheem. All other companies wanted more for Rheem. He gave me same price as his brand.Came in much cheaper price and also included 4 service after included in that low price. They had great father, sons team come to my home for install. Very professional, clean and did install in 4 hrs as I was told. Honesty is hard to find.They even cleaned my heater for winter with no charge and fixed a faucet on hot water tank also no charge. "Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."

The staff are friendly, interested in helping, quick to respond - really they are a superior organization. Received the first big bill of the summer - the new system reduced the electric bill by 35% and the house is cooler and more completely cooled than with the previous system. The reduction in noise level is substantial. Of the five companies that came out, ACS was the only one to suggest our living room noise level could be handled with a baffle between the utility closet and the outlet. I gave them an A in pricing. They were not low bid on the job, but the quality of the unit provided, the superior installation and confidence in their ability to maintain the unit in the future are worth the money."

"Updated 05-06-2021 I am very pleased to update my review and post a 5 star rating for Plumber of Tucson. My original review was answered within moments of posting and arrangements were made to correct my concerns that same afternoon. This is exemplary customer service. Original Post I had Plumber of Tucson install a new Navien tankless water heater and remove the old water heater. The work done, the equipment and materials supplied all seemed to be excellent. I would like to give this project a 5 Star rating but there are a couple of things that need to be pointed out. First the gas line and one of the ports used for flushing the system are poorly placed. The way the installer made the connections leaves me with the dubious chore of having to disconnect the gas line in order to flush the system. I really don’t like this idea at all and I think it shows lazy work when a 90 would have remedied this problem. Secondly, the water pipes supplying the unit are of good copper material and use a compression type fitting I’m unfamiliar with but believe to be most adequate. The routing for this plumbing leaves a lot to be desired from an esthetics point of view. Instead of following the wall they were just routed at an odd angle across the gap between one wall and another where the unit is mounted. Difficult to explain, I wish I could attach a picture. Again, to me, this speaks of lazy work. In short, if you have Plumber of Tucson do work for you I believe you will be pleased with the quality of materials and the friendliness of the people you will deal with. Just don’t leave them unattended or you may be greeted with some strange installation choices. A 3 star rating is being raised to a 4 based on the willingness of Don Paz to accommodate my scheduling and budget needs for this project. Now, however, I have to decide if I want to battle this out or just hire another outfit to fix the odd choices the installer made."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step.
