"After a surprise need for a roof replacement I did a lot, a lot, of research. I think I took 5 bids that varied between $12,000 - $30,000. It took months to decide and get financing. Ryan Smith came out early on in my bid process and offered me a roof replacement for a little over the lowest bid, using a superior product and including the cost of dry rot, other problems that might be found and a complete replacement of my old, old fascia. I read his reviews, looked at his work, listened to him carefully when he gave me tips on questions to ask contractors. I learned a lot. He honored his original estimate even after months of me taking bids and securing financing. When I was ready they had me lined up within 2 weeks. The, absolutely gorgeous roof was finished in 3 days. They operate like a well oiled machine and there was nothing for me to do than my final inspection and cutting a check.
