"Roger was a wonderful leader for this project and went well beyond what was expected, even accompanying me on trips to the suppliers when I needed design help. His team were prompt, efficient and easy to work with as well, also going beyond expectations. After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"
