It’s local and three gave us the best price out of the five quotes that we got. The whole project from start to finish was done very well by the company and his workers. Every day when they were done with work, they made sure to run a magnet through the driveway so we wouldn’t get a flat tire on our cars. The team worked very hard and was able to wrap up our whole roof project within a week even during crummy weather. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
