"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "Thought I would need a new roof in a couple of years, wasn't ready to get one quite yet, but after Janston Turner showed me what he found when he went into my attic, I bought one right away. Holes, water damage, etc that I didn't know about! He showed me pics, but I wanted to see it myself, so he went back up with me and pointed it all out. They showed up faster than I thought they would, cleaned up after themselves, and when some accidental damage happened, they told me about it right away and then Janston and the company were really responsive and took care of the repairs without any hassles. Other places would either lie and say it was there before them or whatever, but these guys showed integrity and accountability and fixed it right away! Quality roof, great people and customer service, and a really long warranty! So glad I hired them!"
