"I am so thankful to have found Eric and his team. I can't go on enough about our experience and the job they did. We had a very bad experience with new flooring from a big box store that delayed the project by MONTHS! By the time we were ready for the painting we were so frustrated and crabby with very low expectations of any service provider. I remember not even really wanting to meet with Eric because I was just so 'done' with everything. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised, Eric showed up for our first meeting on time and was so professional as he explained the process, costs involved, etc... What I really appreciated was that he took the time to get to know us and our expectations for the project. There was no pressure to add additional items, etc... His quoting system is also very professional and lays everything out in a logical manner so you know what you are paying for. And this is huge - at the end of the project the final price was exactly what he had quoted me, no surprises! We are living in our house and I work from home so I was concerned that once the project started it would be very disruptive and dirty. Again I could not have been more wrong. Eric's crew is AWESOME! So professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me as we went along. Dave and Leo were great and cleaned up everything as they went. Dave mentioned that they would be creating some dust from sanding but honestly I didn't even notice, they did that good a job of cleaning up as they went. Our original plan was to just do the floorboards and trim upstairs. But it looks so awesome and has given new life to our house - so much that we are now going to move forward with our kitchen cabinets and all of our woodwork downstairs. I am even going to have them paint the walls downstairs that usually I would do myself I feel like it was my lucky day when I found Eric and his team. I can't say enough good things, I would (and will) definitely use them again and refer them to anyone looking for a professional painter at a more than fair price!"

"Overall, the experience and work of the contractor was good.  I am very satisfied with the finish product and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage like other experiences in the past.  The sales person was very helpful in helping me understand the whole process with the insurance company and was very honest.  The only thing I would have liked to see different was a little more communication and help with filling out the paper work for the Certainteed class action lawsuit that I had to file.  Regarding the communication, the day they were suppose to start shingling, I decided to work from home in the morning to make sure everything started as expected but no workers showed because of rain in the area.  I had to contact them and it would have been nice if they contacted me.  Lastly, I also had some trim work that needed replacing which I was expecting to get replaced when the roof was being done but ended up not getting done for another month.  The contractor just showed up and started working and it would have been nice to receive a call saying when they would be out.  <br />"
