I'm not the best with putting together colors, so I appreciate how Trevor has a great eye for that. He helped me coordinate the color of the shingles and the guttering. It really looks sharp! The workers showed up in good time and worked steady until my roof was finished. They also cleaned up my yard once done. I absolutely recommend this crew. "I can’t say enough good things about Richie Builders. I never dreamed this project could be completed so quickly, professionally and perfectly. They tore down a CNN load bearing wall between my living room and b kitchen, installed a beam, finished with drywall, texture and installed flooring where we removed cabinets. They started the job one week after I accepted their proposal. The three young men doing the construction were at my home by 7 every morning and worked until they had to break for drywall setup etc. They were all friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. I was extremely impressed with the quality of their work and their work ethic. I will certainly request their help as n other projects."

"Project took six days for crew of two. They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."
