"Everything went smoothly. It took about 90 minutes for them to complete the work. When they first got in, our pipes out of the wall did not look like they would connect to the new sink as easily as hoped. However, they worked on a solution, explained it to me, and we went that direction for only a slightly bit more cost. My only complaint is that I was told it would be about 2 hours at $90 an hour. Two people came with one at a $90 rate and the second at a $45 rate. Both were busy the whole time, so I know if there was only one person, it would have taken longer (though not due to the adjustment made for the pipes) and cost the same as I was charged. I just felt it wasn't represented quite right."

"The repairs done to my rental home on Garfield were good. However, this is the second time that the A-1 plumbers did not clean up debris after completing the job. This time there was stuff left in my sink and all over the bathroom floor. They must not have a portable vacuum or were late to another job. Maybe since my leasing agent was paying them, they didn't care about the renter. I had to clean up the mess after a hard day working at Menards and wasn't happy."

We contacted them Monday morning and had hot water Monday afternoon, they came as they said and were punctual, polite and fully disclosed all cost (and potential adjustments) prior to their visit. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC.
