I specialize in all facets of painting; however, any wood repair such as wood rot , siding issues,window seal repair ect. is done by an independent carpenter associate who is a well skilled craftsman, and customer pays him directly. Billing procedures are as follows; 10% down upon accepting contract to be put on scheduling list. 40% down upon start of job and balance upon completion. I do except major cards but there are additional fee's associated with that use, therefore I would prefer payment by check.
