I have been trying to get these windows replaced for about the last five years under the warranty. They fixed one big picture window and now that has cracked. I am having to pull out all windows and replace them myself at my own cost out of pocket.i live in Lind wa 99341 I have never seen such bad windows or workmanship most windows had and have only 1 or 2 screws holding them in,and tons of cheap caulking ,and no water proofing or water prevention.which is raw rules in wa state."
