"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "Todd was very good at first. He came out, gave a quote, brought out his crew and did the job when he said he would. Overall the job was done well and I gave them an A rating. However they did break an overhead window which bordered the deck. Todd said to call him and let him know when I got it repaired and offered a $500 holdback on the quote. I did not hold that against them in my previous review since accidents happen. However when I got the window replaced on July 7, Todd said they would come out the next day to finish the job. I have had no response to my emails or phone messages since. Yesterday (Aug. 20) I went out and bought materials and finished it myself. The window repair cost me $1800."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
