"A little sticker shock when it came to the front door replacement and storm door. My dad went through Angie and Chad from Otto's Carpentry made outreach within minutes. Chad was able to do a same day appointment for a quote. Chad was very friendly and courteous to my dad and also listened to the issue at hand. Instead of selling a brand new door. Chad advised the front door is still solid and good. It just needed sum TLC. He gave a great estimate for the storm door. I highly recommend doing business with Otto's Carpentry if you're in the market for outer door replacement. Chad saved my dad thousands of dollars and the TLC he gave to the front door is very operational for my dad now. Two Thumbs upð ð"

"Overall things went well. The doors and the installation are wonderful. The installers did the work in 9 hours while I was at work. Some of the down side was that I has to call for updates on the door status, they did not call to inform me. The salesman was great to work with but he made a mistake when totaling the price and left out a door, so he had to let me know later that the price was higher. Which was after I told the competition I was going with Duncan. That wasn't cool. Then the door manufacturer made the wrong door. Duncan would have replaced it for free but I elected to keep it and have the manufacturer take $500 off the price. The door looks great anyway."

"This was to repair issues caused by inadequate installation of a front door/entry to our home a couple years ago. Due to the construction, and not checking at time of door install, water runoff from storms would collect above the doorway (outside) and slowly rotted the wood just above the door (also allowed for leaks into the home and rotted part of the door frame). Company replaced all rotted wood, redid the flashing and sealed everything so that water cannot collect any longer. Several storms later (I waited until I was satisfied) all is well...and dry. :)

"Kevin was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my new door was put in the proper way, no cutting corners! He even took down the rotting board above the shed doorway and replaced it, which I thought I would have to do. He caulked everything, the area was cleaned up by his assistant and his bill was very reasonable. I would hire him again, without a doubt. It only took him one full day to complete this work, which was great. He and Bobbi kept up communications before and during the installation which was a plus also."
