"I needed to replace an 11-year-old tankless water heater. Next Plumbing offered to sell me a replacement for about $1,900 and install it or my own, for about $500. I could buy a similar heater from Home Depot or others for about 1/3 of Next's price (I have learned this is not unusual), so I bought one from Home Depot. Had to wait better part of a week to get the heater from HD (they had the shortest wait for delivery.) Next Plumbing did the install. There was a minor problem with the heater, which I think was the fault of the manufacturer, but it took about 2 minutes on the phone with the mfgr to find and correct the problem. My only complaint is with Home Depot for (a) not stocking ANY tankless"

"Great experience. Serviceman presented a much better idea to solve my problem than my suggestion. More difficult to execute but more attractive and efficient long term solution. Cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Next Level Plumbing for any future needs."

"The whole process took about 30 minutes. Check the whole system and added 80 lbs of salt. Updated the water and salt contains and rearranged the hard water percentage, to provide a softer water output. The serviceperson was on time and double check the system. He was very knowable and professional.

We offer an overheat protection switch to keep your pumps protected. Our price point is far better than what would cost you to replace your well and centrifugal pumps. Preventive care is always better than reactive care. Aside from distributors and pump manufacturers, we don't have return clientele because our switch works perfectly. 5 minute installation and a product made in USA that is less than $200.
