"I would just ask them to enter your home with a drop cloth to place in front of the area and have some shoe covers, to put on when entering the work area. Otherwise they neat, polite, easy to work with ablnd we would use them again."

"Pete from Shamrock gave us an estimate for replacing a rusted chimney chase cover and two flue caps. He quoted a price for stainless steel which was very reasonable compared to other companies. Pete was courteous, friendly , and very knowledgeable about the work explaining what he would do. He arrived the next day to install the chase cover and caps which were installed promptly. The new cover and caps look great as he said they would. Another company told us we would have to wait at least three weeks for the work to be done. WeĆ¢ re glad we chose Shamrock for our chimney repair."

"Our impression was very good overall. Both gentlemen were courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. All the work was done promptly, including cutting away overgrown ivy. The only criticism we have is that they removed a large outdated copper cover from the roof and threw it down in the backyard. I think they may have intended to remove it but they left it there. But we would recommend them to friends."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions youāll need to ask to ensure youāre hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, youāll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your homeās square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if youāre particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if theyāre willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios ā a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
