I met with Jude and Dave and I found them to be knowledgable, professional, honest and very easy to work with. We got a quote at that point and went ahead with scheduling the project. The whole team at Capital Construction kept us informed on the status and when they could come out to repair the roof. They worked with me to find a good date/time. He jumped right into his consultation, literally jumping off the porch into the tiny ditch dug four feet below grade to expose a small section of the foundation.  After spending significant time assessing the situation at the foundation, he carefully consider the sill, framing, roof planes, and all other relevant physical details of the space, both inside and out.  He then gave us a detailed recommendation.  He allowed ample time for us to write notes and patiently answered all of our questions and desire for clarification on a few issues.  
Shortly thereafter we received a written report that was as expected.

"     It took approx. 2 months to get the color Temko Shingles that we wanted. Performance Roofing started the replacement the day they were delivered. Frank, Charlie and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing them for the working conditions. Temp was around 5 degrees. Because of the snow, the final clean-up will be done in the spring.
   Overall the job came out very nice. Thanks to Les, Frank, Charlie and the rest of the crew."
