"My experience with Oliver and New Age Masonry was excellent from beginning to end. I knew from the 3 or 4 quotes that I got for my tuckpointing project that he would be my choice based on his price and experience. Oliver is honest, very experienced, easy to do business with, and he delivered on what he promised. The day of the project, he showed up on time, early in the morning got busy and just plain got the job done. He matched the mortar as best as possible for a 51 year old house. He grinded and patched all of the holes that were drilled in to the mortar by the previous owner (there were a lot), he grinded and patched areas where the mortar had crumbled away, he reset some stone window ledges that were loose, he cut out and replaced some bricks that were damaged as well, matching the bricks pretty well. He stopped and answered my questions when I asked them and his partner was very focused and worked hard. Oliver even gave me tips on how to clean my brick. I am extremely happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs brick work done. I have peace of mind now knowing that my brick work is repaired. The next step was for him to prepare multiple design options for us to review. Adolfo came back with three 3D renderings for us to consider. He was highly creative, and this was displayed in each of his different layouts. We chose multiple features from each of his different renderings and incorporated those concepts into our final design plan. We felt that Adolfoâ s introduction of a paver carpet for the grilling area with a herringbone pattern was outstanding! His designs were unique, creative, and stayed within our budget. "We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

"We worked with David. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional which is hard to find these days. We had a tree which our deck was built around by the previous owner. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. The also cut it into smaller pieces so I could split the wood. They cleaned up their work area. They also laid out the gravel and sand base so l had a great start on installing my patio pavers.
