He's the kind of guy who would do anything to make sure you're satisfied, even if it's more work. -We wanted the electrical conduit under our patio done a certain way, and he worked to make it happen -He came out to our house a day before the job started to make sure everything was in a good place. We told him that we wanted the old fence removed at some point, and he hopped in the bobcat and removed the whole thing. Then we mentioned that the tree stump was annoying next to the driveway, and he removed that. -He was ready to redo some of the concrete work he had already laid after we noticed some water pooling. He suggested an alternative solution that worked even better to solve the issue. -He realized that the bobcat wouldn't fit through our lower garage, so he rented a jackhammer to break up the old concrete in the garage instead. -He was extremely responsive through calls/texts throughout the job on issues uncovered or scheduling concerns with weather."
