"Juan powerwashed by entire house exterior and did an excellent job. My 25 year old house was pretty grimey and mildew stained and it now looks brand new! I had previously tried another company and they were not able to remove stains or reach the peaks of the house, but Juan did the job single-handedly. I could not be more pleased. The next day, he was back with his crew to repaint my porch and balcony. Again, they did a beautiful job and were respectful of my garden plants and cleaned up after themselves. This company treated my house with care, like it was their own. I would highly recommend."

" The cleaner Len Jackson that came here was not very friendly. He came in and said I should of called him yesterday because I made him waste gas. The dispatcher quoted me 210 and the man that came in to do the work because my house was taller. i felt like this was bait and switch. The attitude really turned me off. The company success depends on customer service. The company did get him out in a timely matter.The reason I hired him was because i needed this done as soon as possible. I'm glad they came out and i feel like he did a good job.He came here on time. The good part about this is that the project got completed. After i told im I found him through Angi, his demeanor changed and he was nicer. He had changed my quote to $275 and then later said he would give me a discount and lowered it to $250. My complaint is Bait and Switch with the price and the way they treated me. I don't plan to use them against. F&A Gutters is who I usually hire and they are great. I wasn't able to get them out here and they are also from Angi. A customer should be treated with honesty, respect and kindness. I'm not used to give bad reviews. "
