He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. "Matt did a good job. The project was drawn out a little longer than I hoped for but that was mainly due to the weather not cooperating. I was one of the first roofs of the season. I appreciated that he fit me in. The roof looks good. One shingle fell off a few months after the fact and I contacted Matt and within a few days he came out and took care of it. "Lifetime Roofing by Vail replaced my roof in 2018, and I felt they did a great job. The crew was professional, the job was done on time and they were very thorough cleaning the job site. Seven years later and the roof has developed a couple of minor leaks (flashing related). I contacted Vail and they sent someone over to provide an estimate for repairs. Pictures were taken and I waited 2 weeks for a quote for repairs - still no quote after following up twice. Very frustrating."
