"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"I have been very frustrated trying to find a part needed to repair my Micro/ Convection oven. After trying to locate this part by model number ( and having no luck ) Ashley came on to ask if I needed help. I explained what i needed and she  found it ! I love Appliance Zone even more now ! "Excellent knowledge and workmanship. All work was performed per their bid. They delivered and installed the equipment, and all parts and supplies. They used a licensed electrician (they only work with one electrical subcontractor), all other phases of install were performed by employees. All wires and outlets are hidden behind the TV, the picture and sound quality are beautiful, work was performed on time and within budget. We got quotes from a number of local vendors and the bids were all over the map in terms of price, equipment suggestions, and quality. A number of vendors wanted to cut multiple holes in my walls to do wiring. Some expected me to hire a separate contractor to patch and paint. This was totally not needed, Wipliance and their electrical contractor were able to do all wiring and cable work through the crawlspace and behind the walls with no holes. Once I spoke to Ann at Wipliance I was totally confident and was happy to give them the job. Pete was the technician on the job. He and his team were fast, professional, and kept their worksite clean and organized. I'd be happy to refer this company to my friends."

"I have Rescue Link's Single PC Pack which is an extended warranty for my laptop and also has unlimited tech support.  I use the tech support every month to run a PC tune up and it doesn't cost me any sort of fee or deductible beyond what my monthly charge is.  My laptop is three years old and I purchased this warranty earlier this year.  I recently spilled a soda on my laptop and called to file a claim.  This warranty covers accidental damage for laptops and tablets so I was able to call to file a claim.  They answered the phone and asked a few questions like: what is the serial number of the laptop, what operating system do you use and about how much did you pay for the laptop.  After answering these questions, they told me that my claim was approved and that I would receive a postage paid box within two business days.  I received the box with the materials required to safely ship my laptop.  It was actually kind of funny because they even provided a premeasured length of tape to close the box.  I filled out the paper asking for my password (so that they can get into the computer to make sure that the repairs were completed) and took the box to the UPS drop off site.  Two days later I got a call stating that they received the box and would start repairs.  Three days after that, they called me and told me that they had everything except the keyboard fixed and were just waiting on the new keyboard.  Two days later, I was told that they had the keyboard and would be shipping me my repaired computer and I should receive it in two to three business days.  All said, it only took seven days from the time that they received my computer for me to get it back.  They even cleaned it.  I am very happy with this service. <br />"

"They were able to take care of my issue. The price they quoted me was fair this time. They come out right away. They get a guy out there very quickly. They have parts on their truck. They charge you a service call fee. Sometimes it might take them 10 minutes to figure out what's wrong, but they charge you the full service call, and then they start the timer again when they do the repairs. They might be there for an hour, but they charge you $150 or whatever for services, and the parts off the truck are astronomically high priced.  <br /> <br /> When I complained before, I looked the part up online after I had paid $140 for it, and I could get it off of there for $14. When I got the heat pump done, which was a bigger job, they treated me very fairly. They gave me a better price than the other guys in town. They do quality work and I can't complain about their work. Compared to another company that came out and was diagnosing my problem, they spent an hour and 15 minutes diagnosing it. I got charged about the same money.  <br /> <br /> It's probably okay. You just have to pay for the fact that the guy has the part on the truck, they can fix it that day usually if it's a simple fix. This time, my compressor was out.  <br /> <br /> They did a good job. I can't complain about it. They did what they said they were going to do. They charged me what they quoted me. They did quality work. Last time they frustrated me, but this time they did good. <br /> <br /> The technicians are very qualified and knew what they were doing. They have a lot of experience. They were kind of the last guys I went to and they were able to pull it off.  <br /> <br /> They actually beat another quote by several hundred dollars. The price was not unreasonable. They called and they were very proactive about trying to get the part here. It was ordered and delayed, and it wasn't their fault. The gal in the office was very proactive about trying to get them moving and actually showing that they cared. I called her back afterwards and thanked her for it because she made me feel like she actually cared, compared to other people that make you feel like a number. They were very responsive and came out right after I called them. Other than the part being delayed, they were there on time. It's hot here, and as long as I have air conditioning, I am happy. I would definitely use them again.  <br /> <br />"

"When the oven broke, Hi Tech got a technician out with a couple hours to look at things. The tech was unable to fix it within a time frame that Hi Tech felt was fast enough so to make sure I wasn't without an oven they simply ordered me a new one. What more can you ask for? There was no "we need to order parts" or "we need to get another tech out who maybe knows more about this model." None of that. They couldn't fix it on the first trip so let's order a new one, take care of the customer, and the contractor can refurbish the original oven on his own time and do with it as he needs. Every time I've contacted Hi Tech they have moved mountains to make sure I'm taken care of...even in cases where their warranty didn't cover whatever was going on they have helped negotiate lower prices and have helped coordinate routine maintenance. This is a big issue that I think a lot of people take for granted. Hi Tech, like any home warranty company, is NOT responsible for routine maintenance. We as homeowners have to take care of our homes, appliances, water heaters, HVAC systems etc. We can't expect Hi Tech to fix issues that are a result of our own lack of maintenance. We have to do our part and I have been incredibly grateful for Hi Tech's willingness to help coordinate that routine service. When it's time to have my HVAC system looked at, I call Hi Tech and they coordinate a service visit. I pay a preferred rate to the contractor and I know that I'm doing my part under the warranty to ensure that if issues do arise I'm covered. There was one issue that was not covered under the warranty because I had not had my HVAC inspected in over a year. In that case, Hi Tech worked with the contractor to 1. get out to my house IMMEDIATELY to address the major issue 2. work with me and the contractor to ensure I was paying the lowest possible price. I've never had a warranty company advocate for me in this way. Most of the time if something isn't covered you get a "sorry we can't help you" kind of response and that's the end of that. Then we're on our own to find a repairman and deal with whatever comes. Not so with Hi Tech. They are with me every step of the way, on the phone coordinating everything between me and the contractors. Of all the companies out there I have found Hi Tech to be the easiest to deal with, the most straightforward and professional, and who have the nicest, hardworking contractors. They even provide a plan that includes basic issues related to the exterior of the home, another plus that distinguishes them from other companies. Again though, don't expect them to replace your roof for you. That's not what they do but if you're maintaining things and you have a covered issue, there will be no problems in working with Hi Tech to address whatever is going on. If it's not covered, expect them to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need done by honest people you can trust."

"Everything went very well. I was greeted when I walked in the door. I was surprised because I expected more service from some other stores that I shopped at for appliances, and they didn't give me very much information The people at Best Buy are not on commission, but yet that is where I received the most information and help in choosing the best appliance for my situation. The prices were cheaper than any other place I checked. They gave me a significant discount since I bought more than four appliances at one time. I was really surprised that they were much more helpful; I didn't expect that. I didn't buy top of the line, but they didn't make me want to. I told them what I wanted and they explained the different features. They did have top of the line stuff if that is what you wanted. They were very responsive and exactly on time for delivery. The people that I dealt with were fine. Two days after I used the washer a belt came off. I called them and someone came out the very next morning to fix it at no charge."
