"Wayne provided good, thorough service. Unfortunately the diagnosis was a bad condenser. I did not wish to replace the part at a cost of $1400 for the refrigerator that sits in the garage. He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. I call that going above and beyond what turned out to be a diagnostic service call. I will keep his name and number for the next time I need appliance repair work."

"Our stove's bake heating element was malfunctioning and wouldn't go above 170 degrees. Just in Time Service came to the house on 04/21/2011 right on schedule and discovered that the element had gone out. He gave us an approximate estimate of $128.00 and would have to come back the next day because he needed to get the part. He said he would be back between 10:00 A.M. and 10:30 A.M. and showed up at 10:15 A.M. sharp! He had gone to the trouble to pick up the element from Lenexa K.S. (approx. 60 miles). "as I called The Appliance Shop last Friday, and the receptionist took my information and arranged for a service call on Monday.  She indicated that they would give us a phone call on Monday before the technician arrived and give us enough time to be sure to be present when he arrived.  On Monday I called back and asked if they could come as early as possible, given that we had some activities that would take us away from the house during the day.  She arranged with the technician to make us his second stop for the day, so he was here by 9:30 a.m.  When he arrived he dismantled the dryer and carefully checked all of the switches to make sure they were functional and not responsible for the problem.  The last step was to check the power source, and he determined that the 220 receptacle was faulty and the reason for the problem.  The dryer was fine, the power source unreliable.  I indicated I would change out the receptacle on my own.  The bill for the analysis was $53.26, a very reasonable price for exactly the information I needed.  I changed out the receptacle and the dryer is back in business. Jeremy was professional and very capable.  I was completely impressed with the punctuality and performance of the technician and the company. I'd definitely use them again based on this experience. <br />"
