"Concrete driveway leveling and crack repair work was performed to our satisfaction, by a 2 man crew, who arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the repairs in less than 4 hours. <br /> The work was expertly done. Almost half of the driveway had settled with resultant cracks and joint movement, caused by water intrusion into the substrate below the slab.  The slab has now been raised back up to level by drilling small holes in the slab and filling below with light weight dense foam, pressure injected. Upon completion of the leveling process, all the crack joints were filled with sand cement topped off with a flowable epoxy, thus sealing the joints. <br /> Observing the work as it was done, I was impressed by the skill level shown and, especially, the judgement of how much injection can be done without causing further cracking to occur due to over filling, or uneven filling. <br /> It is important for potential customers to know that this is repair work.  The intent is to make the driveway completely functional and safe. The evidence of it being repaired will be obvious but should, when finished properly, be acceptable.  The only alternative, complete demolition, sub slab consolidation and new slab construction, would probably cost at least ten times as much and much longer to complete. <br /> The two men worked diligently, showed a high level of competence and were very courteous at all times.  We were very impressed and would, following this experience, strongly recommend Acculevel, Inc. <br /> Myles Murphy <br />"

"Nader's was very good from start to finish. We got a free estimate of the job, and the price was less expensive than all the other options, and we shopped around a lot! <br /> <br />We hired them to reline our cracked chimney flue with a poured concrete product. When they arrived to do the job, it ended up taking four separate days to complete, two more visits than expected to finish up some patch work that was difficult to access, but in the end the chimney is relined and they honored the original price quote. "My experience with N.C. Cement exceeded my expectations. I had a lot of work done on my new construction home. I had over 5,000 square feet of exposed aggregate (pool deck, 2 round sitting areas and bands on sides of my driveway and the borders of my motor court) and it looks stunning! The way they do the exposed aggregate is so much nicer than any other exposed agg jobs that I’ve seen, especially considering the difficult slope I have in my driveway. The concrete looks beautiful with the exposed aggregate. Every neighbor or friend coming by our house stops and compliments our driveway. "After a large number of widely different quotes ranging in technology and price by tens of thousands of dollars, I had hired a structural engineer, Rick Hamman from Sheppard Engineering, to produce specs to address lateral movement in the walls of my basement that had resulted in cracks (no water) in my poured concrete foundation. Joe won my bid, and he performed all the work to spec, pulled appropriate city permits, was responsive to many phone calls, had a great crew, and worked within my needs as I prepared to list my house for sale. Joe is probably the most honest and fair contractor I've ever worked with. He wanted the job to be done exactly to the detailed engineering report, so he hired my engineer out of his own pocket to come in and walk him through the report leading up to the work; Rick was excellent but not cheap (worth every penny). Every job always has issues, and Joe was up front and fair in dealing with them, which is how I really judge a contractor/service. I can't recommend Joe's WaterBGone enough, I've already recommended him to friends and perhaps the highest praise, my realtor has referred him to clients and colleagues."
