Sarah and Allen explained the process and prepared a proper surface by repairing cracks in our concrete floor using a product that is stronger than concrete. The first layer was the polyurea concrete coating, then a layer of decorative chips, and finally, a clear top shiny coat to seal everything. Josh Rae came out gave us a bid for Polyurea product which was $1000 cheaper than an epoxy coating which will yellow in 5 years plus came with a 15 year transferrable warranty! "Jake and his crew fixed our basement rec room concrete floor after a flood. We had decided to not put carpet and pad back on the floor and gratefully found HD Performance Coatings and hired them to put epoxy color floor covering over existing old floor with pieces of old pad and glue remnants still on the floor. They came in and carefully sanded our floor and then put a base coat, then the color coat and finally the clear coat. We are so pleased as to how it turned out. It's truly a piece of one of a kind art work. From start to finish, less than one week. Jake and his crew are super nice guys, pay great attention to detail, and leave absolutely no mess.
