Rausch, Buddy Coleman’s grandson, has been working side by side with his Grandfather since he was 8 years old. In the spirit of competition, he built his first home at the age of 18 (one year younger than Buddy Coleman). As he grew older he became progressively more involved in the company’s operations and expansions. John R. Rausch, a graduate of Southern Methodist University, spent his university years studying Business and Real Estate Finance. Already established in the Fort Smith, Arkansas market, Rausch Coleman Homes expanded its operations into Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1999. In 2002, we opened operations in Northwest Arkansas, in 2004 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and in 2005, we started our Little Rock, Arkansas operations. Mr. Rausch’s education and over a decade of mentorship from Buddy Coleman, prepared him well for becoming the C.E.O. and President of Rausch Coleman Homes in 2006. In 2008, John R. Rausch led the company with new operations into Kansas City, Missouri. Our mission is to build the most desirable homes for the best value and to help our customers save money and live better lives.
