I was given a window of time, and Brian (service technician) called 30 minutes out. He arrived within the window and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order new hoses for the repair, and we were able to schedule a follow up appt. while he was at the house. The second visit went as smoothly as the first. He was careful, clean (carries a towel for water drips), and gave me a few tips about some other minor issues I was having with the washer. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. At first Otto said he didn't want to buy the part for my oven because if it turned out not to be the problem, they wouldn't be able to return it. I let him know that I would like the oven to be repaired as quickly as possible. When he came out to the house, he said he decided to go ahead and purchase the part anyway as he was pretty confident that was the problem. He was correct and so the problem was fixed that day.
