"The actual work went smoothly as expected. The subcontractor assigned to my job was courteous and completed the work with confidence. Unfortunately, he broke the glass from my storm door. Prior to him leaving my home he understood that his company would need to replace the door. it took 3 weeks to get the job done (could have been done within 7-days). Further investigation revealed that the subcontractor had gone on vacation & had not handed off my job. I had to make additional calls to the contractor before my door was replaced. I under that mistakes/errors happen; however, it's how the person handles them that is important to me as a consumer."

"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. I was in a real bind to get a toilet installed in my home yesterday. I contacted David at JGB Renovations around noon an explained why I needed this install expedited. He committed to help me. About 6 pm I received a call from Raymond, one of David's men. He explained that he was on a job but could get to me later in the evening. He arrived about. 8:30 pm and got right to work. The job was completed around 10:30. Raymond did an outstanding job and even left the bathroom spotless. He was very personable and professional.

I would definitely use Raymond and JGB Renovations again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Overall a great experience.
