"Brian was my consultant and he was great. I am a single lady and usually do not get much of an explanation about a repair(I usually have to dig for answers), but he answered all of my questions and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. I got several estimates and this one was not lowest but not the highest and overall seemed like the best quality for the price. Let me say this, I got a lot of crazy estimates and different stories from other companies. Brian seemed the most honest and a straight shooter. I was told it would take 2-3weeks to get scheduled and it took about 2 weeks.
