Jimmy and Josh both came out to discuss the details with me at the property and advised me on what they recommended I do and how the options would go. "My overall experience was great with Pro Finish was great.  I was looking for a good contractor around town that I could trust to do a proper window installation.  To me installation is everything when it comes to windows.  I found Pro Finish's website and loved the quality of work they did with sunroom installations.  Sent them a message through their website.  The owner got back to me a short time later.  Setup an appointment to get an estimate on windows.  I also needed to have an old powered roof vent removed and replaced with some quality roof turbine vents. <br>Everything sounded good and the price was right.  His window guy came out shortly after and measured for the windows.  Very soon after had his roofing crew out to install the vents and remove the old powered vent. <br>Windows came in a little less than 4 weeks later and had a great installer come out and do the work.  My house has 6 windows and he had the job done in a day by himself.  Did a great job. <br>It's been almost a year now and couldn't be happier with the windows.  One window was making a whistling sound during high wind.  Took some time, but I found an open screw hole in the frame.  Temporarily slapped a piece of tape over the hole and the whistle stopped.  I'll go back and spray some foam in later.  Not a major problem, and I'm sure Pro Finished would have resolved it quickly if I called. <br>Will definitely use them again in the future. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"When I got back, I was happy to find a GREAT job left behind! There was nothing I would have done differently. It is level, the garage is smooth, and the apron in front was “swept” to give it a textured, no-slip surface. The apron was slightly sloped just as I had asked, to allow for proper water draining. Communication was a little lacking at the beginning. Brandon was not responsive to my texts and missed a meeting we had scheduled (to look at the site) without calling to let me know. Once I advised him communication was important to me, he was better about responding to texts and phone calls. He told me exactly what day they would start the job, and he held to that schedule. As they worked the job, he sent me pictures to keep me posted on the progress, which was important since I wasn’t there to see it myself. One final thought: I called several contractors here in Owensboro to get bids on the job. One I called because I was familiar with his business and had actually gone to church with him back in the day. When I called him and asked for a quote he said, “Well, if you use me, I’m going to be high…probably $X,XXX. I’m really more on the commercial/industrial side of things. But I tell you who you need to call—Brandon Rudd. He will be affordable and he does good work!” This turned out to be great advice. Brandon gave me the best quote of anyone in town, and the job he did was exactly what I was hoping for. I will call him first the next time I need any concrete work done!"
