"I called Affordable Fence in April about repairing or replacing a split-rail fence I had had for several years around two sides of my yard. Mr. Sterrett came out on 4/25, and we walked around my yard and discussed the possibilities. We agreed that the best plan would be to replace the fence with a chain-link fence. He sent me an estimate, and I agreed to it. Originally, they were scheduling for the second week of July. But it turns out they had an earlier opening. On June 25, the crew came out and removed the old fence. They came back the next day and installed the new one. All went smoothly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied, and would recommend Affordable Fence to anyone. The price quoted below includes the cost of the chain-link fence plus $160 for removal of the old split-rail fence."

He took a little bit longer than he said he was going to take, but I really didn?t mind that once I saw the work he was doing. He takes his time and does a good job. So it was worth waiting. We had to buy the lighting and he installed it for us. There was a day when he didn?t show up and we were wondering where he went. He then showed up the next day and told us what had happened. He spent the whole day from morning till night working here. That only happened once or twice. If need be, then I would hire him back."

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. I know and understand that I don’t have much of a portfolio. However, please don’t let that steer you away, as myself and my partner have plenty of experience in these types of construction. I myself worked for a company that done cell tower sites (fencing) and now I’m ready to step out on my own. I have built many decks in the past, and I can assure to anyone that you will get great quality work. All of the work that comes through our company is warrantied for 1 year. This covers normal damage/lumber defects, staining not upholding for the length of time, or it just doesn’t uphold our customers standards (to a certain extent).
