Laura called me after playing with the schedule and said that someone could be out within the hour. In about an hour a super polite gentleman (I didn't catch his name) arrived and worked for about 30 minutes to fix the clog in the drain and patch up some of the other leaks. He was efficient and polite. He even offered to put all the items (cleaning products, etc.) back under the sink when he was done working. He was also super friendly to my dog, which scored him big points."
