He went over what needed to be done and worked with me with respect to the home insurance company. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was on time. The work was done as scheduled and was completed on time. I was very pleased with Isai and American Group Construction. I would definitely recommend them for work."

"Southernwood put a roof on my new construction home. Install was fine, overall appearance of the roof was nice, decent customer service and follow-up. However there was a leak in my newly installed roof. Each time I called to complain, Southernwood responded within 2 days. Each time they responded, it was something different, to much water in one area, to much debris, and a poor design. They even offered to provide a quote to rectify the poor design. I had someone else find the source of the leak - a hole in the flashing. This one little detail missed created hundreds of dollars in repairs, and could have been avoided."
