"Grant and George did an impeccable job installing new floors in our living and dining rooms. In just a day and a half, they completely transformed the look of our home. They expertly laid vinyl plank in the dining room and carpet in the living room--where they also created a separate foyer area out of vinyl plank that elevates the room to a whole other level. They were super easy to communicate with, before and during the job, answering all our questions and providing clear, itemized estimates. They worked together seamlessly and completed the job to perfection. We could tell they really cared about the result being beautiful and high-quality. They moved our furniture carefully (including a piano) and consulted with us any time there was an issue to be decided. Flooring can be an intimidating job, but Grant and George made it easy and fun because we had total confidence in their abilities. We look forward to hiring them again in the near future!"

"The sales person, Steve, did a good job understanding our needs. The quote was very straight forward to see each room's costs (i.e., removal, prep, refinishing). They provided some helpful FAQs to help understand the process. We also heard from other neighbors that used Elegant Floor Services and had wonderful experiences. The 3 person crew arrived promptly at 8:00am each morning and worked non-stop 8 hours each day. They were very polite, friendly, and wore face masks when necessary. The crew supervisor spoke English well enough to bring things to our attention or allow us to ask questions. I was also impressed with the crew's attention to detail especially in the rooms where we needed new wood floors added. Overall job took 8 calendar days of which the crew was at our house 7 days. My family and I stayed in the house during this period. Now that the work is done, no one would be able to tell the difference between the rooms refinished vs newly done. There is one common flooring throughout our main level! Next on our list is to have our upstairs wood floors refinished. We'll definitely be using Elegant Floor Services for that work! Thanks, Pat"

"I hired them because I needed to get the floor finished in a bedroom. However, I do not appreciate the high-pressure sales tactics they used. I had another vendor scheduled to come out and they basically said if I do not sign the contract right then, the price would go up. ] I should have said goodbye at that point but I wanted the job done and they did provide a price that was comparable with what we were willing to pay. The floor feels spongy and not what I was hoping for based on the sample we chose. I have more rooms to replace but I will not be hiring this company."
