"I like Dean alot, he is personable and professional. He gave a decent price, showed up on time. He promised an additional warranty if I got the roof coated, which I did. At the time of applying the coating we discovered a problem with the original install which me promised to return and install a small gutter to repair the problem. He has not return and has not responded to my text. In trying to work with Dean's staff to fix this problem and Michele was extremely rude to me and called me demanding."

However, when the owner was contacted (he's busy so it took a while) he came out personally and arranged for an alternative fix to the roof.
