After strong winds damaged my fence, I reached out and sent photos. The repair needed more than a simple adjustment, and they could have easily pushed for a much more expensive fix or even a partial reinstall. Instead, they were honest, responsive, and fair. They only charged a small service fee and are taking the time to properly repair everything so the fence is fully restored?not just patched. That level of integrity and follow-through says a lot. "Ruddy and his team anre absolutely fantastic. I first use them on my personal home in 2024 to install close to 400 linear feet of white PVC vinyl fence. I work in construction and also operate a dog training and boarding facility so a fence is a crucial part of the infrastructure of my home. He really paid attention to detail, making sure that the gate swung in the direction that I wanted for both 10 foot gates and a 5 foot gate on each side of my property, bracketing my funds post into the wall of my structure per my request, and overall just making sure that I was happy with the work as it progressed A few months later, I had an escape artist dog that was added into my care and needed a little more than just the traditional fence, so Rudy came back and helped me install an electric fence going above and beyond to make sure he knew how the collars operated and giving me a tutorial to adjust things as needed and has returned over the past year and change as dogs damage items. 10/10"

"Paul showed me examples of fencing from iDeal Deals, http://ideal-ap.com/home.htm Our subdivision requires pilasters at the corners of fences, and he met with the guy that built the pillars to coordinate permit pulling, how they would place the pillars and fencing and dates of construction. The day after the pillars were installed, Paul started the fence installation. He worked around an existing palm tree, boxing around it very neatly, and managed to dig through the bamboo roots that we had agreed to clear (but didn't). He asked about my preferences every step of the way, kept me posted at every step as to what was going on, and did the work in a very precise way."

"It took a few weeks to get someone out here to measure and get the contract and then 6 weeks for materials to be ordered. Discussed onsite with Bernard regarding the patio that I was having installed and the fact that I would have lots of extra dirt. There was one line of fence that had a pretty severe dip and I wanted to use the dirt to level that out a bit. I was assured that could be done at the time of fence install. When the team arrived to install the fence, they knew nothing about this request or promise. They had to leave, I had to hire someone to level the dirt and the install had to be rescheduled for 2 weeks later. More than a bit frustrating as the patio crew would have gladly done this for me, but I told them it was being taken care of. <br />"
